Here are some brief profiles about our staff team and what they do.

Sam Milligan - Development Director
Sam and his wife Yvonne were the founders of JAC and are still very much involved. Sam is our Development Director, and as such is the head of the organisation. He represents JAC at many local council committees and of course is on the front line with the detached youth work.

Trudi Craske - Stables Manager

Initially Trudi was a volunteer on the stables team rota, but she is now our Stables Manager. The Horse Therapy Project is proving very popular and Trudi is kept busy! She is also involved with our youth work, mentoring young people. Trudi has just completed NVQ Level 2 in Youth Work.

Adelle Milligan - Trainee Youth Worker
Adelle is Sam and Yvonne's daughter-in-law. Adelle has just completed Level 2 NVQ in Youth Work As you would expect from a youth worker, she is involved with the detached work, schools work and mentoring.

Loic Srodawa - Trainee Youth Worker
Loic is French, but came to this area because his wife is local. He is involved with the detached work, mentoring and schools work. Like Adelle and Trudi, Loic has just completed NVQ level 2 in Youth Work. Loic is quite sporty, and has been trained to take archery sessions with the young people.

Cara Thomas - Office Administrator

Cara started working with JAC as a volunteer and became a paid member of staff 5 months later.Cara is responsible for the smooth running of the office, and also produces publicty materials. If you see a poster about JAC - that's Cara's work!

Yvonne Milligan - Operations Manager
Yvonne is Sam's wife and like him has a very full role in JAC. She manages Cara in the office, and takes responsibility for the HR of the charity. Yvonne is also involved with the small group work in Waingels, and is part of the Friday night detached team.

David Powell - Earley Development Worker
David has taken over this role from Indy Nottage, and as such heads up the work in Earley. Until recently, he was a longstanding volunteer in the team, also being employed by Wokingham District Council to do youth work. Since 1st April, he has been an employee of JAC.
