Fairtrade

Fairtrade exists to give farmers and growers in the developing world a fair deal. It enables them to get fair prices for their crops, so they can earn enough to live on and send their children to school. In return, they produce quality (and sometimes organic!) items. And it's not just limited to food and drink - gifts, clothes and jewellery are also available.

Fairtrade is well supported by local churches, and Wokingham has it's own fairtrade campaign. Visit the website for more information about Fairtrade in the local area.
